The staff is super friendly and really makes you feel welcome. The food at the restaurant was top-notch, especially the ribeye! The views from the room were stunning too. The only glitch was the musty room we got initially, but they switched us to a better one. Just a bit noisy with the fan, though.

Excellent location near Natural Bridge for hiking. The heater in the room didn't work well, but staff brought a space heater quickly.
